When making inquiries please make sure that you provide our technical staff with your Cell Phone Provider, Cell Phone Make and Cell Phone Model Number (i.e. Verizon, LG VX9800), current Operating System, Order Number and product ordered. This information will help us to better serve you. If you are not sure what your phone model number is you can look in the battery compartment (removing the battery will not lose any stored data). Shipping Questions
Our shipping department will answer any questions or inquiries you might have via email Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST). If you have not received your shipping confirmation via email then your item has not been shipped. We ship all of our products Monday thru Friday. All of our products are shipped via DHL or USPS Mail service and will include delivery confirmation or a tracking number.
